What's each clinician's share of overhead?

Go down the list and fill in what you actually pay. Skip anything you don’t have — a blank row counts as zero. Type the number that’s on the bill and say how often it arrives; we’ll turn it into a monthly figure for you.

Some costs never go in overhead: what you pay clinicians (that’s comp, and the Snapshot counts it separately), your own pay, and taxes on your revenue. Leave them out here or mark them “leave it out.”

And one that’s easy to miss: is this something only you or your leadership use? Your own software, a leadership email seat, tools nobody who sees clients touches. Mark those “only you or your leadership.” They’re real bills and we show them below; they just aren’t clinician costs, so they don’t get split across your clinicians. A cost that follows one person who sees clients is still “specific clinicians,” even when that person is you.
